Cacao Ritual & Somatic Sound Journey

Join Herbalist & Intuitive, Kora Goodman as you are guided through a ceremonious sipping experience with Cacao to open the heart, and reconnect with your desires.

Learn about the history of Cacao and how it was reserved for Aztec and Mayan royalty for thousands of years.

You will have the opportunity to pull an Oracle Card and journal insights as you connect with the sacred spirit of this plant. Sip & receive during this 45 minute ritual.

Next, Liat Arochas, Founder of Wake the Voice, will lead a Somatic Sound Journey using singing bowls and vocals to allow for relaxation and healing.

Somatic Sound Journeys are deeply transformative experiences for sensory immersion and inner exploration. Rest and relax into emotional release and self-awareness through this 30 minute meditation of sound.

What To Bring:

• Yoga mat and/or blanket for sitting during the experience

• Dress comfortably for sitting and lying down

• Optional: Journal, Water bottle, Supportive Crystals

When:

Saturday, January 20th from 2:00pm -3:30pm

$55/ per person for 90 minute experience. Includes 6 oz mug of ceremonial grade cacao for sipping.

This experience is hosted at a private residence in the Sugarhouse neighborhood of Salt Lake City, at the Kore Herbals apothecary.

• Cacao contains theobromine which is a natural stimulant. If you are caffeine sensitive, please let us know. Cacao is recommended to be consumed a few hours after eating, or on an empty stomach.
