Say Hello to Kora

ABOUT KORA

Kora Goodman is an Intuitive and Folk Herbalist connecting people to plants, nature, and self through herbalism experiences, and holistic coaching.

After moving to Hawaii in 2006, she had a spiritual awakening when she connected with a terminally ill horse who made a miraculous recovery before her. This led Kora to delve into spiritual growth and energy work with a focus on holistic wellness through connection with nature.

While teaching workshops on intuitive development and healing, she was drawn to study herbalism where she learned to implement techniques such as reiki, flower essences and plant medicine in her offerings.

In 2017 she launched Kore Herbals, a plant-based apothecary featuring handmade recipes for skin + spirit. She now shares her recipes through a myriad of workshops with a mission to reconnect us to nature through beauty rituals and herbal crafting.

Kora’s workshops and products have been featured in publications and productions such as: The Seattle Times, The Portland Today Show, Natural Horse Magazine, The Shaman’s Notebook Podcast, as well as taught workshops for Nike, The Utah Jazz, Airbnb, Squarespace, Adobe, and many more.

Now residing in Northern Utah, she continues to offer plant-based beauty workshops and holistic coaching for spiritual growth and living ceremoniously with nature.
